Please read the following INSTRUCTIONS Carefully 1. All bids must be in no later than 8 pm on the day prior to auction.
2. Successful absentee bidders will be notified by telephone, email or fax within 4 days following the auction. A valid credit card MUST be on file , however if the bidder prefers to send a money order or check, they can do so as long as it is received within 5 days from winning notification. If a check or money order is not received, then the credit card will be charged. All purchases are subject to a 3% percent additional fee if the credit cards are used. 3. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be changed or withdrawn after 8pm on the day prior to Auction, due to processing time.
4. It is the responsibility of Absentee and Phone Bidders to use their own resources to determine the condition of the merchandise for themselves prior to placing their bids. Any statements made by staff or auctioneer to an Absentee or Phone Bidder are that person's OPINION only, and we make no guarantee as to the accuracy of their descriptions or statements.
5. In order to bid via telephone during the auction, advance arrangements must be made, and may be subject to a minimum bid. This is at the Auctioneer's discretion due to the limited number of phone lines and staff.
6. Written ("Left" or "Absentee") Bids AND Telephone Bids are accepted at the discretion of the auctioneer. Auctioneer reserves the right to request a deposit and/or credit references to accompany an absentee bid. Absentee bids are executed as a COURTESY and convenience, but the auction house will not be held responsible for any errors or failure to execute a bid. 7. By placing a written or telephone bid, whether in person, via fax, or email, the bidder agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Auction which includes Methods of Payment and other important details
